Year 2 - Miss Nugent and Mrs Pickering 2025 - 2026

Hello and welcome to our year 2 class page where we start and end the day with smiles!

We are a class full of characters with bubbly personalities and a genuine love of learning. 

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. PE kits are provided by the school but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

Please ensure that your child bring pumps or trainers, tie their hair back and jewellery is removed on these days. 

The children may bring in a HEALTHY snack for playtime if they wish (fruit, cheese, yoghurt, and healthy breakfast bars for example).  Although we do provide fruit daily.

CGP homework books, reading books and library books are given out each week for your child to practise and they are expected to practise their Numbots on Times Table Rockstars each week too.
