Pupil Well-Being

At Ladybridge Primary School we have a full time Pastoral Manager, Sarah Ratcliffe whose role is to support pupils and families. You will see her at the beginning and end of every day chatting to families and making sure that everyone is ok. Sarah  supports pupils to deal with difficulties that impact on their learning and supports families to access support from outside agencies. sometimes Sarah will just be there to listen and have a cup of tea with mums, dads or carers because that's just what is needed.  We are part of the Stockport Family and have access to a range of support services including a School Age Plus Worker.
